I enjoyed reading your piece on cautions, a most informative and enlightening   document. One small observation,
perhaps you should consider mentioning the fact that cautions will only be mentioned at official proceedings if the case is proved,
and for a different offence, your guidelines on this point seem to be a little vague. Please do not take this as criticism it is merely a
genuine observation from an interested party.  Perhaps you disagree with the above.I would be most interested to hear your comments.
